Each summer the World Hwa Rang Do Association Championships happen. But each day, the men and women of the World Hwa Rang Do Association train themselves - mentally, physically, spiritually - to be the best people that they can be, to be of the most service to their communities, to be what Grandmaster Lee called, “extra-ordinary”. Seven tournaments in one day . . . gives them each year the opportunity to display their skills, their discipline, their commitment. It gives them the opportunity to challenge themselves while challenging each other, and to have a lot of fun while doing it!
