1. Download the Registration Form, Event Schedule and Tournament Division Sheet by clicking here (view divisions as Webpage).
   
   
2. Fill out the Registration Form completely. If participating in tournaments, you'll need to state clearly under "World Championship Tournament Registration" on the application, your division for each event. (For division numbers, see the Tournament Division Sheet.) Your instructor should be able to help you with the registration form if you have questions.
