The World Hwa Rang Do Association wishes to thank the Wilshire Hotel for offering a special rate to our members and guests for this historic event. Normally rates run over $250.00 per night, but to honor this special moment in Hwa Rang Do history, the Wilshire is offering the following rates to our members during this event: $95 per room plus 14% tax = $108.30
